At Mylk Hair Lounge we take hairdressing extremely seriously. Hair is our obsession.
The team at Mylk Hair Lounge is trained in following brands- Kevin Murphy, Eleven Australia, Blonde Pro, K18, Colour.Me by Kevin Murphy, Evo Fab Pro, Evo Staino, Olaplex and many more premium brands we have in salon.
We never want any of our clients to be unhappy with the service they received within our salon and we will do everything we can to make whatever you are unhappy with right.
If for some reason we haven’t got the colour, cut or any other service to what your and our expectation is, we want to know and we want to rectify this.
Please get in touch with the salon via Instagram or phone and ask to speak to the manager.Alternatively, you can send a direct email with your feedback to the owner Mikayla (radke.mikayla@gmail.com) we love salon feedback both positive and negative.
We are happy to refund if we haven’t been able to correct the problem for any reason. However, we need to be given this opportunity first. You can request another staff member if you prefer.
All complaints must be made within a 24 hour period of your original appointment date and time.

Not 100% Happy with your hair or salon experience?…

  2. Come into the salon and discuss options.
  3. A refund will only be offered on the service that wasn’t to your expectation.
  4. All complaints made within a 24 hour period of original appointment.
